Belcher Construction is a Georgia based General Contractor providing construction services for various types of projects throughout Georgia, and the Southeast. Our experience is very diverse, and encompasses all types of construction projects including industrial, retail, restaurant, interior, senior living, religious, office/warehouse, healthcare and hospital developments.
Our primary goal at Belcher Construction is to focus on “being better, not being bigger”.

Preconstruction
We work hand in hand with the client, architect and engineers to assist with cost and design assistance from the project’s conception thru the final design, to ensure the best methods and the most value is obtained by the end user.
Construction
We provide complete site and building construction services for nearly all types of new and renovated buildings including all plan review, estimating, scheduling, management, construction, and warranty.
Design-Build
We have established lasting relationships with numerous local and regional architects, engineering consultants, and interior designers to provide a very well organized and efficient project, allowing the owner to benefit from our combination of professional designers and construction services as one unified group.

Scott Belcher
President
Scott is the President and owner of the company. He has 20+ years in the construction industry, and has been involved in over 200+ million dollars of construction work with specific emphasis on quality, client relationship and repeat business. His project resume encompasses nearly all types of construction with numerous complex and high-profile facilities completed. Scott is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Jonathan Belcher
Controller
Jonathan is the Controller for Belcher Construction and is directly involved with all financial aspects of the business. He is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and has a diverse public accounting background and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Annie Belcher
Office Manager
Annie supports the office and field staff with all administrative needs and general office requirements. She is also responsible for accounts payable, contract compliance, and provides oversight to all marketing and branding efforts.

Project Manager
Myriee’ is a hands on Project Manager with nearly 20 years of construction experience, providing exceptional value to each client. She has a proven track record of project organization and delivery. Myriee’s background encompasses various types of construction including interior, renovation, design-build, and ground up facilities. She is very cost conscious, schedule oriented, and extremely driven to provide results to our clients!

Ron Ellis
General Superintendent
Ron is the General Superintendent for the company and oversees all field construction activities. He has provided field supervision and management of construction projects for the last 30+ years and has delivered many million square feet of new buildings to satisfied clients. His experience is extremely diverse and Ron is an established leader in the construction industry focusing on safety, schedule, and quality.

Superintendent
With over 10 years of construction experience, Matt plays a key role on our team with a heavy electrical trade background. He has managed high profile, interiors, historic and expansion projects across the metro Atlanta area. His ability to build relationships with Owners and End-users makes him invaluable out in the field.

Jason is an extremely hard working and dedicated member of our team, with a wide range of experience building projects throughout the country and various parts of the globe. Originally from England, Jason brings a seasoned and well-versed view of construction methods and practices to our group and to our projects. Jason is known for his contagious “can do” attitude and his ability to solve complex problems, with the best interest of the client always in mind.

Project Engineer
With many years of field experience and a natural ability to understand construction documents and field conditions, we are very fortunate to have Michael on our team! He assists in overseeing our construction site activities and provides support to the field.
